What it is
Care-Routes is a door-to-door transportation service run by the same team your family already knows and trusts. Every driver is carefully vetted, background and DMV checked, CPR and First Aid certified, and trained in the DaniLee's service philosophy. Driver profiles are available in the DaniLee's App before every pickup so families always know who is arriving.

How it works
Operating blocks: Monday-Friday.
Morning: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
Afternoon: 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM.
Flexible ad-hoc scheduling may be available based on availability. Weekend hours may vary.
Transportation is provided to pre-approved destinations only. Car seats and booster seats are available upon request.

Cancellations and Changes Policy
Morning Block (7:00 AM - 12:00 PM): All cancellations or changes must be submitted before 5:00 PM the night before.
Afternoon Block (2:30 PM - 7:30 PM): All cancellations or changes must be submitted before 12:00 PM noon the day of the ride. Late submissions will result in the ride counting as used for Members, or being charged in full for Ad-Hoc services.
